Eagle National Bank has been selected to finance surplus contributions and premiums for physicians who become members of NJHPIX. The surplus contribution loan proceeds generate the funds necessary to capitalize the exchange and are available at very competitive rates.

• Individual physicians will personally guarantee practice loans
• Underwriting and approval of the loan are at the sole discretion of Eagle National Bank

100% surplus contribution financing is available for 12 month, 24 month or 36 month terms. Premium financing is available with 0% down and 12 equal payments.
